The New Look
I'm pleased to announce that our Architectural Committee—comprised of Mark Krause, Judy Hill, Patty Duffy, Louise Casagrande, and Kim Culloo—has approved a color change for the condos. I initiated the "color change" project in August 2023, and I want to extend my gratitude to all the residents who supported my vision to introduce fresh colors into our community.
I am thrilled to announce that Calusa Palms VII will be the first Condo Association to implement the new colors right after the hurricane season. Each Condo Community now has the opportunity to update the appearance of their buildings. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) will offer three color palettes from which associations can choose. There is also an option to maintain the current color scheme.
For any color change to occur, a majority of owners must vote in favor of it. Please discuss this opportunity with your board members as your community approaches its scheduled re-painting.
