Calusa Palms
Welcome to Calusa Palms. This website provides information for the residents of our lovely community and is not connected to any of the management companies. Right before Hurricane Ian Calusa Palms changed the Master Association Management Company and we now can say, this was a good move. Seacrest Southwest did a great job - first by keeping the residents informed and then by getting the community back to normal. For sure this was only possible with the support of the very active Board of Directors. They also made it happen, that we now have a functional gate in front of our Community.

Color Change
146 home owners and 184 condo owners share a lot of common interests but also have some different interests. Home owners just need the aproval of the ARC to repaint their houses with a fresh light color. To change the color of the condominiums we need to get together and define a way and timeline.
After 20 years with the same look a change of colors could have a big impact on the value of our community.
