Important community update

Road seal coating & striping · October 2026

Road seal coating and striping is tentatively scheduled to begin October 19, 2026, weather permitting, with additional areas starting October 23–24. Remove all vehicles from guest parking and scheduled work areas before work begins; vehicles left there may be towed immediately without further notice. Keep these areas clear throughout the project and respect all closures and barricades until the contractor officially reopens each area. No work is planned for October 30–31. Watch your email for updates, and direct questions to management through the resident portal or APMSupport@AlliantAM.com—not the onsite workers.
